Austin Tamil School is arranging a Family and Youth volunteer activity on May-5 (Saturday) from 1:30-4:30 PM at Central Texas Food Bank We have 86 slots to be filled out. This opportunity is for adults and kids who are 8 years and above. To attend this event there are two steps you need to follow…
1. If you are interested, please register adults and kids information on this Signup Genius. This step is required for Austin Tamil School to manage the participant list and Whats app group communication
2. Create a new account at Central Texas Food Bank with parents and kids (Yes! Everyone needs to have a new account, even your kids need to register separately) using the link here http://austintamilschool.cafb.volunteerhub.com/
This step is required for Central Texas Food Bank check in process when we arrive there on May-5

Important Reminders:
Food Bank policy requires that all volunteers be in an appropriate attire in order to enter the workspace. Please dress comfortably and note that anyone wearing sleeveless tops or open-toed shoes will not be permitted into the warehouse to volunteer.
As a safety precaution, the Food Bank reserves the right to turn away volunteers who arrive late to their scheduled shift. Please ensure that all volunteers arrive on time. Volunteers who arrive 30 minutes or later after their shift start time will not be permitted to volunteer for safety reasons. If you have missed the 30-minute window please reschedule your shift.
