Guidelines for advanced placement requests

There are a few cases where the school would consider the advanced placement of students by skipping a year. This is meant for older kids who have demonstrated significant proficiency in the current year and may not benefit from learning the same content for another year. The following guidelines will be followed for any such requests.

  1. Register for assessment on or before 07/15/2020.
  2. A non-refundable assessment fee of $50 shall be paid which may be applied towards the school fees if the student successfully passes the assessment.
  3. Testing will take place before the school starting date( Exact date TBD) and the students should be available for testing day. No reschedules or retakes will be encouraged.
  4. The student should have earned 90% or above in each of the 3 Trimester tests in the current year. Also should have 90% or above in the overall score which includes attendance and homework
  5. The student should score 90% or above on the test that (s)he is taking to skip that grade
  6. The previous level teachers feedback will also be used to measure the emotional development of the kid
  7. NO changes will be facilitated after the classes started

For New Students

  1. Students from other ATA schools will be admitted for the next level when provided with the completion certificate
  2. Students from non-ATA schools will be evaluated and placed in appropriate levels
